Nike ReactX technology has been combined with two Zoom Air units (one in the forefoot and one in the heel) for greater responsiveness, rebound and a more dynamic feel on impulse.
The forefoot and heel are wider than in the Peg 40. The extra space stabilizes and boosts the dynamic power of Zoom Air cushioning. So you can count on an extra dose of energy when you need it.
The woven mesh upper is even lighter and more breathable than that of the Peg 40, for an exceptionally comfortable feel. The inside of the shoe is comfortable, breathable and supple around the toes, arch and heel, where the foot is most sensitive.
We've kept the same internal materials and cushioning as the Pegasus 41. The result is enveloping comfort, with a midfoot band for a more secure fit without sacrificing flexibility. The Velcro fastening in the middle conforms to the shape of the foot and adapts to all types of arch.
